Return & Exchange Policy

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please review our policy below:

Return Policy

    1. Eligibility for Return:

        • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, untrimmed, and unaltered, remaining in new condition.

       

        • Only clean and unused items are returnable.

       

      • Custom items are non-returnable.

      Return Timeframe:

      • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

    1. Shipping Charges:

        • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

       

      • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items.

 

  1. Return Process:

    • Upon receipt of the returned items, your original payment method will be credited for the amount of the returned items.

 

Exchange Policy

    1. Eligibility for Exchange:

      • The same rules for eligibility for return apply to exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, untrimmed, and unaltered, remaining in new condition. Custom items are non-exchangeable.

 

    1. Exchange Timeframe:

      • Exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

  1. Exchange Process: Customers have two options for exchanges:

      • Option 1: Direct Exchange

        • Send your original order back to the address below, including a note with your order number or purchase order number, the email address used for the order, and the items you would like to exchange for.

    • Option 2: New Order and Return

        • Place a new order for the desired items.

       

      • Return your original order to the address above. Once received, your original payment method will be credited for the returned items.
    • For both options, any overpayments will be credited back to the original payment method, and if there is a balance due, an invoice will be emailed.
