Return & Exchange Policy – McKie Splints, LLCWe do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size, style, color, or variant, you must return the original item for a refund (if eligible), then place a new order for the correct product.Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date.
Items must be clean, unused, unworn, unsoiled, unaltered, with all tags/labels and original packaging intact.
Custom or personalized items (including most made-to-measure splints) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect (contact us first for possible prepaid label approval).
Return Process (for Refunds or to Enable a "New Order" for Different Item):
Initiate the return by contacting us at support@mckiesplints.com to confirm eligibility and receive any needed instructions (e.g., order number reference).

Use a trackable/insured shipping method—we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s):
If it meets eligibility (clean, unused, etc.), we will process a full refund of the item price (excluding original shipping) to your original payment method.
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after approval.
