USPS announced that due to the COVID-19 pandemic’s effect on transportation availability, some services will experience delays beginning April 17, 2020. Below is what you need to know.
USPS will still do its best to deliver packages as quickly as possible. We will continue to update our COVID-19 updates page as more information becomes available for all of our domestic and international shipping partners. For the most up-to-date information around USPS service changes, please refer to their website directly.
Orders received by 11:00 AM central time Monday through Friday will be shipped that same day if the order contains only standard (non-custom) items that we keep in stock. Orders may be delayed if they require further clarification or if the shipping address is not accepted by the US Postal Service (see USPS address verification).
Most custom-made items ship within a few days, but they may take significantly longer, depending on circumstances. Please contact us if you need a precise estimate.
Shipping to a hotel?
Use only USPS Priority Express or UPS Air services. Other methods are not guaranteed to arrive on time. Please also contact us so that we are aware of your situation.
Transit times given below are estimates starting from when the order is shipped from our facility. International transit times are estimates of how long it will take for the package to reach Customs in the destination country; the delay caused by Customs is not included in the estimate.
